Manuela Amelia Garza-Longoria

Manuela Amelia Garza-Longoria passed away on January 29, 2018 at the age of 88. She was a loving mother, mother-in-law, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Jorge Garza Longoria; son, Raul Garza.

Manuela is survived by her daughters, Maria Guadalupe Flores Garza (Antero), Amelia G. Segovia (Fernando); sons, Jorge Garza (Maria), Cesar Garza (Brenda); Mary Lou Almaguer; sister, Orfelinda Sanchez; brothers, Hector Garza Guajardo, Manuel Garza Guajardo; 11 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, numerous nephews, nieces and extended relatives.

The family will be receiving condolences on Friday, February 2, 2018 from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Treviño Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara @ Port; with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Funeral cortege will depart the funeral chapel at 9:30 am on Saturday, February 3, 2018 to Our Lady of Guadalupe where a mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am. Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
