Maria Esmeralda Gonzalez

Maria E. Gonzalez passed away October 22, 2017 at the age of 69.

She was born on April 30, 1948 in San Diego, TX to Guadalupe and Clara Morin.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Andres P. Gonzalez, Sr., and a sister, Diane Morin.

She is survived by her loving family: daughters, Melissa Gonzalez (Jesse Rosas) and Roxanne Gonzalez (Salvador Gutierrez); sons, Andres Gonzalez, Jr. (Priscilla) and Amador Gonzalez (Brenda De Leon); sisters, Zulema Morin Infante (Juan) and Leticia Morin Munoz (Corando); brothers, Lino Morin (Elena), Lupe Morin (Esmeralda), Hector Morin (Donna), Mando Morin (Esmeralda), Abel Morin, Orlando Morin (Belia), Noe Morin (Lydia); and numerous nephews, nieces, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

The family will receive condolences on Tuesday, October 24, 2017, at Treviño Funeral Home, 120 E. Front St., from 4 to 9 in the evening; where a vigil for the deceased and a Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m.

Funeral cortege will depart the funeral home at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 25, 2017, to Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church where a Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m.

Rite of committal and interment will follow at Old Collins Cemetery.
