Maria Luisa Perez

Maria Luisa Perez, born August 23, 1930 to Juan and Rita Garza in Karnes City, TX, passed away December 18, 2017 at the age of 87. She was a wonderful person and will be missed.

Maria was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, and brothers.

Survivors left to cherish her memories are her daughters, Sylvia Ann Vasquez and Norma Sanchez (Pablo); son, Monico Perez, Jr. (Christine Sinelli); brother, Emilio Garza; grandchildren: Robert Gonzalez, Joey Villa, Michael Sanchez, and Felisha Chavaria; and 12 great grandchildren.

The family will receive condolences on Thursday, December 21, 2017, at Treviño Funeral Home, 120 E. Front St., from 4 to 9 PM; with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7 PM. A Funeral Cortége will depart the funeral home at 9:45 AM on Friday, December 22, 2017, to Saint Joseph Catholic Church where a Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 AM. Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at New Collins Cemetery.
