Maria Najera Nunez

Maria Najera Nunez passed away on August 11, 2021 at the age of 67.  She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend.  She will be dearly missed by all whom knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Lydia Nunez, and parents, Manuel Najera and Rosa Escochea.

Maria is survived by her son, Armando Nunez Jr.; daughter, Rosa Maria DeLeon; son-in-law Luis Prado; grandchildren, Allyssa Marie De Leon, Daniel David De Leon, Romeo Xavier De Leon, Annie Nicole Prado, Alexus Victoria Nunez, and Mya Lopez; great-granddaughters, Lydia Elena Nunez, Delilah De Leon, and Sebastien Hildebrant; sister, Olga Brown; brother, Rey Brown; and extended family members.

The family will receive condolences on Sunday, August 22, 2021, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Trevino Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara St @ Port; with a Memorial Holy Rosary to be recited at 1:30 PM.  Services will conclude in the chapel.

Face masks must be worn, and social distancing must be practiced while attending funeral services due to the current pandemic.
