Maria Magdalena Plazola

Maria Magdalena Plazola passed away on December 9, 2020 at the age of 55.  She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.  She will be dearly missed by all whom knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Jacobo; grandson, Ezekiel Jacobo Potts; parents, Jose and Evangelina Plazola; siblings, Guadalupe Gutierrez, Jose Plazola III, and Esperanza Escamilla.

Maria is survived by her children, Brenda Lee Plazola, Santos Jose Plazola, Sylvester Plazola, Evangelina Plazola, and April Marie (Eddie Potts III) Plazola; 12 grandchildren, Skilynn Rose Plazola, Santos Jose Plazola Jr., Eddie Potts IV, Ava Rae Plazola, E’Marley Mi’Amor Potts, Sylvester Plazola Jr., Eliana Mia Plazola, Erial Yazmín Potts (Grandma’s baby), Kaisen Plazola, Anayeli Plazola, Adonis Ezra Plazola-Boutte, and Romeo Librado Plazola; siblings, Estella Plazola (Armando), Carlos Plazola (Bertha), and Manuel Plazola (Cynthia); and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended relatives.

The family will receive condolences on Sunday, December 13, 2020, at Treviño Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara St. @ Port, from 1 PM to 5 PM; with a eulogy at 3 PM.  Services will conclude in the chapel that afternoon.

Face masks must be worn, and social distancing must be practiced while attending funeral services due to the current pandemic.
