Maria Guadalupe Ramos

Maria "Conga" Guadalupe Ramos, age 68, passed away December 3, 2014. She was born January 1, 1946. She was born in Sinton, Texas; however, lived all her life in Corpus Christi, Texas. "Momo" as her grandchildren would call her; was a loving and dedicated housewife, and mother who loved to cook homemade meals for her family, especially tortillas. She volunteered her time and enjoyed spending time with her church family at Trinity Church of the Nazarene. She will be dearly missed. She now joins her husband in heaven, Homero T. Ramos; brothers: Alfonso Gonzales Jr., Ruben Gonzales, Paublo Gonzales, Yereno Gonzales; her loving parents, Alfonso Gonzales Sr. and Maria Guadalupe Martinez-Gonzales. Maria leaves behind her loving children: Gracie (Mike) Ramos-Wayne, Gloria (Joe) Gonzales, Rogelio Ramos (Patsy Carrion), Sandra (Joseph) Perez, Leo (Belinda) Ramos, Imelda (Norma) Ramos, Oscar Ramos (Eloisa Padilla), Vanessa (Joe) Ramos-Salinas; 20 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters; Gonzalo (Celia) Gonzales, Ray Gonzales, Gracie (Manuel) Deleon, Aida (Rey) Rios. The family will be receiving friends at Treviño Funeral Home 3006 Niagara at Port on Friday, December 5, 2014 from 3 pm to 9 pm; with a Prayer Service to be held at 7 pm. A funeral chapel service will be held at Treviño Funeral Home at 10:00 am on Saturday, December 6, 2014. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
