Mark Anthony Morin

Mark Anthony Morin passed away on February 22, 2018 at the age of 48. He was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Mark was always a kid at heart. He loved music, he was proud of his CD collection. He enjoyed coloring and visits from family. Mark was devoted in his faith and prayed the rosary everyday. As in the words of his favorite, Bon Jovi, “Never Say Goodbye”.

He is preceded in death by his sister, Dr. Edith Salinas, DDS.; his brother-in-law, Michael P. Smith; paternal grandparents, Amalio and Sara Morin; maternal grandparents, Crespin and Herlinda Lara.

Mark Anthony is survived by his parents, Gilbert and Hilda Morin; siblings, Gilda Morin, Laura Smith, Gilbert Morin, Jr., Gabriel Morin, Paul (Bacilia) Morin, Angela De Luca, Edward Morin; and brother-in-law, Alfred Salinas; numerous nephews, nieces, and extended family members.

The family will be receiving condolences on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Treviño Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara @ Port; where a Vigil for the deceased and Holy Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church. Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery.
