Born on November 7, 1970, Martha's journey was one of purpose and passion, marked by the love she poured into every moment and the lives she touched. Martha's legacy is one of unwavering love and boundless generosity. She was the beloved wife of Jose Perales, the cherished mother of Casandra Silva (Michael), Rene Galindo, Mark Galindo, and Roy Perez (Jackie), and the proud grandmother to twelve beautiful grandchildren. Her mother, Hermenia G. Rodriguez, her brother, Reynaldo Rodriguez, Jr., and her sisters, Olga Welsh, Sonia Rodriguez, and Dalla Hawks, will carry the warmth of Martha's spirit in their hearts always. Martha was preceded in death by her loving father, Reynaldo Rodriguez, her sister, Vanessa Rodriguez, and her brother, Manuel Rodriguez.

Martha's zest for life was evident in her many interests. She had a green thumb that could coax beauty from the soil and loved scratch-off lottery tickets. A master in the kitchen, she could transform simple ingredients into feasts that warmed the soul. Her creative spirit found joy in crafting and a keen eye for interior design, turning her home into a haven of comfort and beauty. But it was her character—loving, kind, and courageous—that truly defined Martha. She faced life's challenges with a smile and a heart full of hope, inspiring those around her to do the same. Martha’s family will receive condolences on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM, at Treviño Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara @ Port Ave. Liturgy of the Word will be celebrated at 12:00 PM that afternoon and services will conclude in the chapel.
