Micaela Armenta Figueroa

Micaela Armenta Figueroa, age 101, went to be with her Lord and Savior on July 24, 2016. She is preceded in death by her husband, Tomas Figueroa, Sr.; daughter, Amalia Vasquez, Son, Alvino Cabrialez, Sr.; grandchildren, Rudy Vasquez, Eddie Rodriguez; brother, Cipriano Armenta. Micaela leaves behind her loving children: Josie Vela, Frances (Robert) Ramos, Enrique Figueroa, Sr., Robert Figueroa, Tomas Figueroa, Jr.; raised as her own, her granddaughter, Thelma Treviño; sisters, Felicitas Hernandez, Julia Silguero; brother, Francisco Armenta; 20 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren; 12 great-great grandchildren; 4 great-great-great grandchildren. The family will be receiving friends on Wednesday, July 27, 2016, at Treviño Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara at Port from 5 pm to 9 pm; with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7 pm. Rites of Christian burial will be celebrated at SS. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church at 10 am on Thursday, July 28, 2016. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
