Monica Maciel Borrego

Monica Maciel Borrego passed away on July 2, 2018 at the age of 80. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She is survived by her husband, Jesse C. Borrego; daughters, Maria Luisa Borrego, Graciela Borrego (Eliseo Sanchez), Criselda Borrego, and Glenda Borrego; sons, Jesse Borrego, and Hector (Veronica) Borrego; sisters, Minnie Sanchez, Hilaria Diaz, and Faustina Yruegas; brother, Guadalupe Maciel; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The family will receive condolences on Monday, July 9, 2018, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Treviño Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara St. @ Port., with a holy rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Christ the King Catholic Church. Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
