Nick "Niko" Olivarez

Nick “Niko” Olivarez, of Corpus Christi, Texas, passed away on November 18, 2022, at the age of 41. He was preceded in death by his father, Juan Francisco Olivarez.

Nick was a loving father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend who will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Left behind to cherish Nick’s memories are his mother, Sylvia Olivarez; children, Brianna Marie Olivarez, Brandon Francisco Olivarez, Desiree Olivarez, Mark Anthony Rios, Jr., and Marina Alexis Castañeda; one grandson, Enzo; siblings, John Anthony Olivarez, Patricia Ann Shunk (John), Adrian Olivarez, and Mark Olivarez; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

The family will receive condolences on Wednesday, November 23, 2022, at Trevino Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara St @ Port, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM. Services will conclude that same day.
