Nicolas Guajardo Caballero

Nicolas "TaTa" Guajardo Caballero, age 82, passed away on Monday, March 19, 2012. He suffered a long illness with cancer but lived a full life. His passion was fishing and enjoyed his retirement traveling abroad with his family. He leaves behind 3 daughters, Mariana (Ron) Jacobson, Maria R. Caballero (Rhonda Pringle), and Leticia J. (Edward) Flores; 5 sons, Nick B. (Martha) Caballero, Jorge L. (Maria) Caballero, David A. (Tracie) Caballero, Francisco X. Caballero, and Juan N. (Delia) Caballero; 10 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild; and numerous nephews and nieces. The family would like to give a special thank you to the doctors, nurses, C.N.A's, chaplain and social workers at Odyssey Hospice at Trinity Towers. The family will be receiving friends at Trevino Funeral Home 3006 Niagara at Port on Wednesday, March 21, 2012 from 3:30 pm to 9:00 pm; with a Prayer Service to be held at 7:00 pm. A funeral Chapel service will be held at Trevino Funeral Home on Thursday, March 22, 2012 at 10:00 am; burial to follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
