Noe Rene Carranza

Noe Rene Carranza, a loving and friendly soul, passed away on June 10, 2023, in his hometown of Corpus Christi, Texas. Born on January 10, 1967, to Nicholas C. Carranza and Alicia M Carranza, Rene was a kind-hearted individual who faced numerous challenges in his life, yet always managed to bring joy to those around him.

Rene is survived by his loving family, including his father, Nicholas C. Carranza; his mother, Alicia Carranza; his brother, Nick Carranza III and sister-in-law, Diana Carranza; his brother, Neal Carranza and sister-in-law, Olga Carranza; his sister, Nina Tagle and brother-in-law, Jerry Tagle Jr., along with many nieces and nephews who cherished their time with him.

In 1989, Rene graduated from Mary Grett Memorial School for the Multi-handicapped after completing the Special Education Course. His determination and progress were recognized by the Ada Wilson School, which awarded him a certificate for "Most Progress." Despite his mental disability, Rene's accomplishments in his education were a testament to his resilience and spirit.

Rene's interests and passions brought happiness not only to himself but also to those around him. He enjoyed car rides, particularly when he could feel the breeze on his face and in his hair. His love for music was evident in the way he danced, moving his arms and wrists side to side to the rhythm of the melodies. The joy he derived from watching his favorite show, The Three Stooges, was infectious, filling the room with laughter.

Throughout his life, Rene was cared for by his parents and later moved to various specialized homes. His inability to walk or talk never stopped him from communicating his emotions through his eyes and facial expressions. Rene's innocence and loving nature made him the heart of his family. He cherished spending time with his loved ones and indulging in holiday meals.

Rene's passing is a bittersweet moment for his family and friends. Although our hearts are heavy with grief, we find solace in knowing that he is now free from the limitations that once confined him. In the afterlife, Rene can finally experience all the wonders and joys that he so rightfully deserves.

Noe Rene Carranza will be remembered as a loving, friendly, and kind individual who touched the lives of many. His spirit and determination will continue to inspire those who knew him, and his memory will forever be cherished by his family and friends.

We will have so much to do and talk about when we meet again. Fly high and free, Rene...we love you.
