Norton Harding Freeze, Jr.

Norton Harding Freeze, Jr. passed away on March 25, 2018 at the age of 67. He served his country for 10 years in the United States Army. His favorite past time was fishing. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Norton Harding Freeze, Sr. and Hazel Freeze; brothers, Mitchell, Michael, and Mark Freeze; his maternal and paternal grandparents.

Norton is survived by his wife of 19 years, Deanna Freeze; daughter, June Marie Freeze; son, Norton Harding Freeze, III; step-son, Edward James Nixon; siblings, Joseph Anthony Freeze, Kenneth Wayne Freeze, Hazel Marie Rhodes, Belinda Freeze Almendarez, Barbara Freeze Gonzales, Darrel L. Freeze, and Deborah Kay Freeze. Also surviving him are six grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and extended relatives.

The family will receive condolences on Thursday, March 29, 2018 from 10:00 am to 11:30 am with a chapel servive beginning at 11:30 am at Treviño Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara St. @ Port. Interment will follow at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery,
