It is with profound sadness and deep love that we announce the peaceful passing of Paula Kristina Benavidez, who departed this life on June 23, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family. Born on March 21, 1984, in Corpus Christi, Texas, Paula lived a vibrant, compassionate, and meaningful life, touching the hearts of everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. Paula was the cherished daughter of Pedro Benavidez and loving sister to Priscilla Benavidez, Patricia (Oscar) Cruz , and Rosalynda Benavidez. Her life was a beautiful tapestry woven with love, laughter, strength, and resilience.

She was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Norma Benavidez; her cherished grandparents, Fidencio Garcia, Natalie Cortez, Daniel Benavidez, and Maria Alicia Benavidez; and her beloved niece, Brianna Benavidez. Though she is now reunited with those who went before her, Paula's spirit continues to shine brightly in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Her memory will forever be a source of comfort, inspiration, and enduring love for the family and friends she leaves behind. A proud graduate of South Garland High School in Garland, Texas, Paula pursued her passion for beauty and creativity by earning her Cosmetology license. Gifted with both talent and compassion, she used her hands not only to transform appearances but also to uplift the confidence and spirits of every client she served. Paula radiated joy and warmth, effortlessly lighting up every room she entered with her infectious smile and vibrant personality. She had a remarkable gift for making others feel welcomed, valued, and loved. Whether through laughter, heartfelt conversations, or quiet acts of kindness, Paula made everyone around her feel at home. To know her was to experience unconditional love, unwavering support, and genuine friendship. Her greatest joy in life was her family.

Paula leaves behind her beloved children, Anthony Rodriguez and Victoria Rodriguez, who were the center of her world. She also leaves behind her treasured grandson, Sebastian Andrade, whose laughter and love brought immeasurable happiness to her life. Her nurturing heart, selfless devotion, and unconditional love will forever remain in their hearts. Paula is also lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews, Zackary Benavidez, Adrianna Cruz, Miguel Cruz, Carlie Mangus, Christopher Berrios, Gabriella Berrios, Sofia Berrios, and Christian Berrios. She shared a special bond with each of them, and they will forever cherish the memories, laughter, and love they shared.

The family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has offered prayers, kindness, and support during this difficult time. Your compassion has been a source of comfort and strength, and it will never be forgotten.

As we celebrate the life of Paula Kristina Benavidez, we remember a woman whose love knew no bounds, whose laughter brightened every gathering, and whose kindness touched countless lives. Though her presence will be deeply missed, her spirit will live on through the love she shared, the lives she touched, and the beautiful memories she leaves behind.
