Pauline P. Contreras

Pauline P. Contreras passed away on July 23, 2018 at the age of 79. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend whom will be dearly missed by all whom knew her and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Mauricio and Angelita Contreras; brothers, Enrique Contreras, and Ambrosio P. Contreras (Fidencia); sisters, Luisa Garcia and Josephine.

She was survived by her wife, Rosa Lopez; raised children, Crystal Mata, Delilah Ramirez (Jorge), Oscar Mata, Laura Galicia (Enrique), and Daniel Lopez (Alma); numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

The family would like to thank Trio Hospice for their excellent service and care for Pauline. Also, a special thanks to Pauline’s nurse, Stephanie, for being there for her from the beginning to the end. Everything was appreciated.

The family will receive condolences on Friday, July 27, 2018, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Treviño Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara St. @ Port., with a chapel service to take place at 1:30 p.m. Cremation will follow.
