Rafael Garcia, Jr.

Rafael Garcia Jr., age 22, passed away Wednesday, October 16, 2013. Ralph was a loving son, father, husband, and friend to many. He was always smiling and was a big kid at heart. He loved playing video games but his passion was spending time with his daughters, Amanda and Avery. He will be dearly missed. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Manuel Amando (Argelia Maldonado) Garza; maternal great-grandparents, Samuel (Amanda F.) Maldonado; and paternal grandparents, Rodolfo Garcia and Guiermina Escamilla. He leaves behind his loving mother, Rocio Garza; father, Rafael Garcia Sr.; spouse, Keagan Ashton Nieto; daughters, Amanda and Avery Garcia; brother, Ryan Garza; step-brothers, Leon Daniel and Josh Buff; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. The family will be receiving friends at Trevino Funeral Home 3006 Niagara at Port on Sunday, October 20, 2013 from 3 pm to 9 pm; with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 6 pm. A funeral chapel service will be held on Monday, October 21, 2013 at Trevino Funeral Home at 10 am. Cremation will follow.
