Obituary

Randal Ramirez passed away on August 31, 2026, in Corpus Christi, TX at the age of 58. He was born on April 7, 1968, in Corpus Christi, a city that remained part of his story throughout his life.

Randal was a graduate of Roy Millier High School, Class of 1987. That milestone marked an important chapter in his life and remained part of the story he carried with him through the years.

Randal will be remembered with love by those who knew him and by the family who held a special place in his heart. He is survived by his wife, Amanda Camargo. He also leaves behind his children, Veronica Martinez and her husband, Mikael, Sandy Alaniz and her husband, Angel, Viviana Casias, Julian Casias, and Pedro Casias and his wife, Abigail. His memory will also be cherished by his sister, Vanessa Carrizales and her husband, Elvis.

Randal’s family circle extended across generations and relationships that brought warmth and connection to his life. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, whose lives carry forward his memory, as well as his nieces, Heavenly Gomez, Phoenixx Gomez, Ysauro Gomez, Ian Carrizales, and Logan Moreno. He is further remembered by numerous aunts and uncles, and by his aunt Minnie Ganem, all of whom share in mourning his loss and honoring his life. Randal also leaves behind his beloved dogs, Bear, Lilly, Kaci, and Rico.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Francisco and Magdelana Ramirez; brothers, Francisco Ramirez Jr. and Rene Ramirez; and aunt, Tomasita Villarreal, whose memories now join his in the hearts of those who loved them.

Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara St @ Port Ave. Liturgy of the Word will begin at 6:00 PM that evening followed by recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 PM. Services will conclude that evening in the chapel.

Randal Ramirez will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his family and friends. May the love he shared and the memories he leaves behind bring comfort to all who knew him.
