Rebecca C. Alejandre, a beloved matriarch and cherished friend to many, passed away peacefully on September 18, 2025, at the age of 95. Born on August 28, 1930, Rebecca’s life was a testament to resilience, warmth, and the importance of family.
A devoted mother, she is survived by her loving children, Maria Lydia Morales, Ricardo Alejandre (Karen), Rodolfo Alejandre (Irene R.), Rebecca R. Rivera (Richard), and Ramiro Rene Alejandre (Ida). Her legacy continues through her grandchildren, who brought her immeasurable joy, Ricardo Alejandre Jr., David Luis Alejandre (Evette), Ruben Ramiro Alejandre, Rodolfo Alejandre (Mariah), Rebekah Maria Rivera, Richard J. Rivera Jr., Ashley Nichole Alejandre, Zac Zuniga, Russell Alejandre, Peggy Ann Gomez, Elizabeth Gomez, Michael Rodriguez, Ruben Morin, and Debbie Soto (Art). Additionally, Rebecca was blessed with several great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews who will carry her spirit and values forward.
Throughout her life, Rebecca enjoyed a variety of hobbies that reflected her vivacious personality. She was an avid soccer fan, always cheering passionately for her teams. She found great pleasure in watching novelas, losing track of time in the engaging storylines. A true socialite at heart, dancing was one of her favorite pastimes, often bringing friends and family together on the dance floor. Her adventurous spirit led her to travel, especially to Mexico, where she cherished the moments spent visiting family. Rebecca also had a talent for sewing, a craft that allowed her to create beautiful pieces that her loved ones will forever treasure.
Rebecca was preceded in death by her husband, Francisco E. Alejandre, who was her partner in life and adventure. She also mourned the loss of her sons, Francisco Alejandre, Jr. and Gilberto Alejandre (Lupe), as well as her daughter, Susana Marta Guerrero. The memories of her departed loved ones were always close to her heart, and she continued to honor their legacies throughout her life.
Rebecca C. Alejandre will be remembered for her incredible spirit, her loving nature, and the deep bonds she created with family and friends. Her life was a brilliant mosaic woven from love, laughter, and a commitment to those she held dear. She leaves behind a remarkable family who will continue to celebrate her life and values, ensuring her memory remains alive for generations to come.
