Rene Garcia

Rene Garcia passed away on January 1, 2019 in Corpus Christi, Texas at the age of 54. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He will truly be missed by those whom loved him.

Rene is survived by his daughters(2), Stacy Garcia and Stephanie Thompson; sons(2), Daniel Garcia and Joe Garcia; grandchildren(10), Joe Garcia, Morinda Garcia, Josh Garcia, Hailie Garcia, Natalie Garcia, Peter Garcia, Darrius Garcia, Damian Garcia, Mariah Garcia and Emma Garcia; sister, Mary Alice "Mimi" Alaniz; brother, Joe Juan "Wecho" Garcia.

A truly amazing man with a great sense of humor, an artist and perfectionist. He was a man of many trades, a devoted Dallas Cowboy fan and a collector of all things. We cherish the time we spent and the memories we made, forever in our hearts, until we meet again.

Visitation and Memorial Service will be held from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Friday, January 11, 2019 at Iglesia Cristo Reyna, 3620 Cub St.; with a prayer service to be held at 7:00 PM.
