Reymundo Armijo Palomo, Jr.

Reymundo Armijo Palomo, Jr. passed away at the age of 73. He was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend. Reymundo, Jr. was deeply loved by his family and friends; he will be dearly missed by all whom loved him.

Reymundo, Jr. is preceded in death by his parents, Reymundo Paloma, Sr. and Adelmira Armijo; grandson, Noe Perez; granddaughter, Celia Perez; and brothers, Domingo and Pete Palomo.

Among those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 51 years, Savina Gonzalez Palomo; children, Reymundo Palomo III, Maria Frances Perez, Rene (Janie) Palomo, Maria Florence Garcia, Jessica Marie (Joe) Garcia; siblings Arturo (Hilda) Palomo, Rudy (Annette) Palomo, Ramiro Palomo, Anita Chapa, Ruben Palomo, Reynaldo (Dariela) Palomo, Rachel (William) Ainsworth; 13 grandchildren; and one great grand-child; along with numerous nephews, nieces, and extended family.

The family will receive condolences on Monday, February 18. 2019 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Trevino Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara St. @ Port; with a holy rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 am on Tuesday, February 19, 2019, at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Rite of committal and interment will follow at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery with full military honors.
