Ricardo R. Castañeda Sr.

Ricardo R. Castañeda, Sr., age 76, passed away September 15, 2016. He is preceded in death by his parents, Abel D., Sr. and Estella Castañeda; and siblings: Abel Castañeda, Jr., Rodolfo Castañeda, Sr., Rosa Molina, and Susie Rodarte. He is survived by his loving family, wife of 52 years, Anita "Ana" Castañeda; children, Ricardo (Liza) Castañeda, Jr., Norma (Ignacio) Rodriguez, Rachel (Ian) Castañeda Palmer, Paul Andrew Bosanquet; sister, Olga (Antonio Sr.) Carranza; brothers: Robert (Alma) Castañeda, Ramiro (Lupe) Castañeda, Reynaldo (Zulema) Castañeda, Alfredo (Linda) Castañeda; grandchildren, Ricardo Castañeda III, Ryan Castañeda, Izabela Rose Castañeda; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Services will be held on Tuesday, September 20, 2016, beginning with visitation at 9 AM at Treviño Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara @ Port. Holy Rosary will be recited at 11:30 AM at Christ the King Catholic Church followed by Rites of Christian Burial at 12 PM. Cremation will follow.
