Ricardo "Riche" Trevino, Sr.

Ricardo "Riche" Trevino, Sr., passed away on February 9, 2016, at the age of 74. He was in the oilfield business for 48 years and was employed by CC Forbes and Forbes Energy Co. Ricardo was a hard worker, and enjoyed vacationing with his loving family and friends. He also had a great passion for restoring classic cars. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jose Ignacio Trevino and Angelita Rios. Ricardo is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Benilde Lydia Trevino; daughter, Vanessa Trevino; son Ricardo (Catherine) Trevino, Jr.; sisters, Esmeralda (Gilbert) Perez, Adelaida (Alex) Garcia, Belinda Chapa, and Diana (Frank) Ortiz; brothers, Jose Ignacio "Nacho" Trevino and Fernando (Janie) Trevino; and eight grandchildren. The family will be receiving friends on Friday, February 12, 2016 from 4pm to 9pm, at Trevino Funeral Home, 120 E. Front St., with a Holy Rosary recited at 7pm. Rites of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am on Saturday, February 13, 2016 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Cremation will Follow.
