Robert A. Sedillo

Robert Sedillo, born on May 22, 1979, in Corpus Christi, Texas, passed away on July 4, 2025, in his beloved hometown. He was a proud graduate of King High School, class of 1998, where he participated in the ROTC program, reflecting his commitment to discipline and service from an early age.

Robert was well-regarded for his kindness to everyone he met, leaving a lasting impression on friends and family alike. His warm personality was complemented by his interests, particularly his enjoyment of watching wrestling on television. Those moments spent cheering for his favorite wrestlers became cherished memories, often shared and laughed about with loved ones as they gathered around the screen.

He is survived by his brother, Homer Sedillo; his nieces, Rae Anne Sedillo and Jasmine Sedillo; his nephews, Nathanial Sedillo and Homer Sedillo, Jr., his step-mother, Yolanda Sedillo; and uncles, Alonzo and Joe Sedillo. Robert now joins his father, Juan "Johnny" Sedillo; his brother, Johnny, Jr. Sedillo; his aunt, Janie Sedillo; and uncles, Adan, Arturo, Manuel, and Guadalupe “Chalupa” Sedillo, in eternal rest.

Robert Sedillo will be remembered fondly for his kind spirit, his love for family and friends, and the many moments that made up his vibrant life. His legacy will continue through the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
