Robert "Chino" Olmeda, Sr.

Robert "Chino" Olmeda Sr., age 53, passed away on February 4, 2012. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jacinto Olmeda Sr. and Carmen Colunga Olmeda; brother, Jacinto Olmeda Jr.; sister, Dominga Padron. "Chino" leaves behind his daughter, Brenda Lee (Mark) Olmeda; sons, Trey Cabrera, Robert Olmeda Jr., and Timothy Olmeda; sisters, Janie Arredondo, Estella Trevino, Mary Ann (Jesse) Lucy, Rosie Serda (Ray Muro), Phyllis Silvas (Gilbert Martinez), Connie (John) Saiz; brothers, Donaciano (Joyce) Olmeda, Juan (Antonia) Olmeda, Felipe Olmeda, Lupe Olmeda, Ruben Olmeda, Steve (Dallas) Olmeda, and John Andrew (Maria) Olmeda; and godson, Joshua Olmeda; girlfriend, Veronica Rodriguez. He will be dearly missed. The family will be receiving friends at Trevino Funeral Home 3006 Niagara at Port on Monday, February 13, 2012 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm; with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm. Rites of Christian burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church on Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at 10:00 am. Interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
