Robert B. Powell

Robert B. Powell, Jr. age 67, passed away on July 27, 2016. He enjoyed playing golf, singing and watching the Dallas Cowboys. He is preceded in death by his wife, Ernestine Powell; parents, Robert B. and Charlene Powel; granddaughter, Ariah Powell. Robert is survived by son, Ernest (Natalie) Powell; daughter, Robin (Arthur) Lacy; sisters, Lillian Fowler, Charles Etta Webb, Patricia Kyser, Gwendolyn (Richard) Smith, Nettie Roland, Viola (Freddie) Harris, Eula Ware, Brenda (Johnny) Ridyolph, Jaquline Powell (Joseph Segovia), Versie Shockley, and Eddie Mae Powell; brothers, Arthur Powell, Andrew Powell, and Kenneth Powell (Janice Flores); granddaughter, Alexis Nicole Powell; special friend, Cheryl Lawson; numerous nephews and nieces. The family will be receiving friends on Friday, August 5, 2016 from 4 pm to 9 pm at Treviño Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara at Port. A Funeral Service will be celebrated at 10am on Saturday, August 6, 2016, at Calvary First Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
