Robert H. Sturgeon

Robert H. Sturgeon, Sr. passed away on July 17, 2020 at the age of 70.  A fisherman turned painter, he bled green and white with Greyhound pride. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, son, brother, uncle, and friend.  He will be missed by all whom knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ulmer Sturgeon, Sr.

Robert is survived by his wife, Rosa Linda Sturgeon; daughter, Linda Sturgeon Olivo; sons, Robert Sturgeon, Jr., David Sturgeon, and Mike Sturgeon; mother, Juliana Sturgeon; sister, Nicky Guerrero; brothers, Ulmer Sturgeon, Jr., William Sturgeon, and Rudy Sturgeon; 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

The family will receive condolences on Thursday, July 23, 2020, at Treviño Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara St. @ Port, from 5 PM to 9 PM; with a Eulogy at 7 PM.  Services will conclude that evening.

Trevino Funeral Home requires anyone attending funeral services wear a face mask due to the current pandemic.
