Roland "Dido" Alanis, Jr.

Roland "Dido" Alanis, Jr., age 33, passed away on Friday, August 28, 2015. Dido was a loving and caring husband, father, son, and brother. He loved to box, BBQ, and watch the Dallas Cowboys. He spent most of his free time with his family and children; who he adored. He will be dearly missed. He leaves behind his wife, Krystal M. Alanis; parents, Roland G. (Linda) Alanis; daughters, Brittney Lynn Alanis, Angelina Lynn Alanis, and Catalina Leann Alanis; son, Roland "monster" Alanis III; sister, Maria (Abel) Rodriguez; brothers, Mark Anthony Alanis, Sr., Michael Paul Alanis, John Luis (Jessica) Alanis, Sr.; maternal grandmother, Julie Garcia; maternal grandfather, Bonifacio Garcia; paternal grandmother, Mary Alanis; and numerous nephews, nieces, aunts and uncles. Honorary pallbearers will be: Roland Alanis, III, Michael P. Alanis, Mark A. Alanis, Sr., John L. Alanis, Sr., Mark A. Alanis, Jr., and Damian Rodriguez. The family will be receiving friends at Treviño Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara at Port on Thursday, September 3, 2015 from 3 pm to 9 pm; with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7 pm. A funeral chapel service will be held at Treviño Funeral Home on Friday, September 4, 2015 at 10 am; cremation will follow.
