Rosa Maria Muro

Rosa Maria Muro, age 59, of San Marcos, Texas, passed away on January 14, 2022. She was born in Corpus Christi, Texas on May 28, 1962 to Carmen and Jacinto Olmeda. Rosa graduated from Moody High School and later married Ray Muro in October of 2012.

Rosa is survived by her sons, Javier (Jeanette) Serda and John (Maria) Olmeda; her grandchildren, Cassandra Garza, Trinity Olmeda, and Tabatha Olmeda; and her siblings, Donaciano (Joyce), Lupe, Steven (Dallas), Janie Arredondo, Mary-Ann (David) Lucy, Phyllis (Gilbert) Silvas, and Connie (John) Saiz.

The family will receive condolences on Friday, January 21, 2022, from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM at Treviño Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara @ Port Ave; with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 11:00 AM. A Funeral Mass will follow at 12:00 PM at St. Joseph Catholic Church where services will conclude.

Face masks must be worn, and social distancing must be practiced while attending services at this facility and the church.
