Rosalinda (Almeida) Simmons

Rosalinda Almeida Simmons passed away on October 21, 2021, at the age of 65.  She was a loving mother, sister, aunt, and friend.  She will be dearly missed by all whom knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Guadalupe Almeida and Petra Lopez Herrera; sisters, Janie Salazar and Lucia Hernandez; and her brothers, Librado Garza, Jr, Guadalupe Lopez, and Edward Almeida.

Rosalinda is survived by her son, Jesse Patrick Almeida; sisters, Mary Pierce and Yolanda Lopez; brothers, Jesse Lopez and Joey Almeida Harrison; brother in law, Larry Harrison; numerous nephews and nieces and extended family members.

The family will receive condolences on Saturday, November 6, 2021, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Trevino Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara St. @ Port. A Memorial Holy Rosary Service will begin at 6:00 PM.

Face masks must be worn, and social distancing must be practiced while attending funeral services due to the current pandemic.
