Rosalva E. Ayala “Bona”, age 65, passed away peacefully on February 18, 2024. She was born on April 28, 1958, in Corpus Christi, Texas to Rafael & Eva Rodriguez.
Rosalva was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, Momo, and Gigi.
Rosalva is survived by her husband, Gilbert Ayala; daughter, Katherine Ochoa (Noe); son, Charles Anthony “Tony” Wheeler; siblings, Jose Y. Rodriguez (Isabel), Nancy Rangel (Placido), Jaine Rodriguez Vasquez, Sylvia Flores (Jimmy), Mario A. Rodriguez (Josie), Paul A. Rodriguez (Melissa), and Anna Marie Munoz; grandchildren, Jazlyn D. Vela (Andrew & children), Destany D. Munoz (children), Infinity L. Cazares (Cierra), Ashton G. Medina (Elvira & children), Daniel L. Deleon Jr. (Erika), Gustavo Cazares Jr. (Jazmyn & children), Roman A. Deleon (Britany), Jose A. Flores Jr., Arianna J. Ochoa, Serenity Flores, Saphire Baker, Isiah L. Sarmiento, Noe Ochoa III, and Marcos M. Ochoa; and nieces and nephews, April M. Zermeno (Geronimo & children), Jay R (Baby Joe) Fuentes (Sarah & children), Ariana Munoz ( Joe & children) and many more that loved her dearly.
Rosalva is proceeded in death by her parents, Rafael & Eva Rodriguez; sister, Marsha Yolanda Rodriguez; brothers, Rafael Rodriguez Jr. and Manuel Rodriguez; daughter, Marsha Rodriguez Cazares; brother-in-law, Ben “Beck” Munoz, and nephews, Rafael Rodriguez III, John “Adam” Manuel Rodriguez, and Manuel Rodriguez Jr.
Rosalva’s family will receive condolences on, at Treviño Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara St. @ Port Ave.,; with a. Services will conclude in the chapel that evening.
