Rosario Flores Mendoza

Rosario Mendoza passed away on Friday, November 13, 2020, at the age of 69. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend with a warm and engaging presence. Rosario was known for making delicious food and she always put her family first. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all whom knew her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Benjamin C. and Juanita Flores, and brother, Victor Manuel Flores.

Among those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Paul (Melinda) Trevino, Jr., Benjamin (Pauline) Trevino, and Abraham Mungia; daughter, Janie Rebecca Trevino; sisters, Evangelina Blahm and Veronica Paniagua; seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; and numerous nephews, nieces, and extended family.

The family will receive condolences on Thursday, November 19, 2020, at Treviño Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara St. @ Port, from 5 PM to 9 PM; with a holy rosary to be recited at 7 PM. Services will conclude that evening and a cremation will follow.

Face masks must be worn, and social distancing must be practiced while attending funeral services due to the current pandemic .
