Rosemary Mejia, a loving, faith-filled, and friendly soul, was born on June 11, 1985, in Corpus Christi, where she lived her entire life until her peaceful passing on June 17, 2023, after a courageous battle with cancer. Her unwavering spirit and determination to live life to the fullest were an inspiration to everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
Rosemary was the daughter of Rosie Mancinas and Jorge Ivan Reynoso Torres and wife of Francisco Albino Mejia. Rosemary grew up in a tight-knit family, surrounded by love and support. She was the cherished sister of Lucy Mejia and Jorge Lara. Rosemary leaves behind her children, Francisco Albino Mejia Jr, Mark Anthony Mejia, Ariel Yvonne Mejia, Elizabeth Mejia, and Emmanuel Luke Mejia.
Rosemary's devotion to her family was a testament to her loving nature and the strong bond they shared. A true lover of life, Rosemary found joy in the simple pleasures that brought her closer to nature. She enjoyed walks on the beach, feeling the sand between her toes, and the soothing rhythm of the waves. Her passion for exercise and bike riding kept her active and invigorated, while her love for fishing with her family nurtured a sense of togetherness and created cherished memories that will last a lifetime. Rosemary was a beloved housewife that enjoyed spending time with her children, she was a loving mother.

Rosemary’s family will receive condolences on Wednesday, June 28, 2023, at Treviño Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara @ Port Ave, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM; with a Prayer Service to be held at 1:00 PM that afternoon. A funeral cortege will depart the funeral home at 1:30 PM for Rite of Committal and Interment at Rosehill Memorial Park.
