Roy Elmo Yeater

Roy Elmo Yeater of Corpus Christi, Texas passed away on August 7, 2022, at the age of 74. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend who will dearly be missed.

Roy is preceded in death by his loving wife, Sharon L. Yeater; parents, Roy Elmo Yeater and Esther Elsie Klein-Yeater; and his sister, Kathryn Nicholson Vickers.

Left behind to cherish Roy’s memory are his son, Tom (Rachel) Yeater; siblings; Gerald Dale Yeater (Jacqueline Kay Yeater) and Harold Dain Yeater (Maribeth Yeater); four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; nieces; Laurie Yeater, Sherri Yeater, and Susan Hempill; nephew, David Nicholson; and other relatives.

A Graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2022, at Sunset Memorial Park, 1701 Austin Hwy, San Antonio, Texas, at 12:00 PM. Services will conclude at the cemetery.
