Roy Bufford Myles

Roy Bufford Myles passed away on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at the age of 84.  He proudly served his country in the U.S. Airforce during the Korean War.  Roy was a long-time car dealer who loved dancing and barbecuing with family and friends.  He was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle, and friend, and will be deeply missed by all whom knew and loved him.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Lucille Cook Myles, and sister, Bonnie Stubbs.

Among those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Minerva Jasso-Myles; sons, Danny Myles, Jaime Torrez, and Frankie Torrez; daughters, Sherri Knezek and Sandy Midkiff; sister, Phylis Dawson; grandchildren, Brianna Torrez, Kylee Torrez, Andres Torrez, Danielle Myles, Wayne Davis, Gael Torrez, and Mia Torrez; five great-grandchildren; and numerous nephews, nieces and extended family.

The family will receive condolences on Monday, September 28, 2020, at Treviño Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara St. @ Port, from 11 AM to 2 PM; with a Memorial Rosary to be recited at 1 PM.  Services will conclude that afternoon and interment will be held at a later date.

Face masks must be worn and social distancing must be practiced while attending funeral services due to the current pandemic.
