San Juana Flores

San Juana Flores of Corpus Christi, Texas passed away on January 9, 2022, at the age of 67. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mariano and Carmen Flores.

San Juana enjoyed arts and crafts, baking, taking care of her plants, and playing games on her phone. She was always there to listen or give advice to everyone. San Juana loved being an aunt and was instrumental in her nephews and nieces lives. She will dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Left behind to cherish her memories are her sisters, Anna Flores and Gloria (Roger) Recio; nephew, Felix and Jamie Medina and their children, Jacob, Emily, Marissa, Jessica, and Chloe; nephew, Michael and Suzanne Recio; niece, Vanessa and Bobby Gonzalez and their children, Kevin, Jasmine, Matthew, Caleb, and Isabella; niece, Stephanie Recio; niece, Christie and Alfredo Melendez, Jr. and their children, Selina, Alexis, and Layla; and numerous cousins and friends.

The family will receive condolences on Thursday, January 20, 2022, from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at Trevino Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara @ Port Ave. A funeral cortege will depart the funeral home at 12:30 PM for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 1:00 PM at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Face masks must be worn, and social distancing must be practiced while attending services at this facility and at the church.
