Stephanie Denise Molina, a vibrant and cherished member of the Corpus Christi community, passed away peacefully on January 10, 2025, at the age of 43. Born on December 30, 1981, in Corpus Christi, TX, Stephanie's life was one marked by joy, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to her loved ones. From her early years, Stephanie was known for her energetic spirit and love for sports. She proudly played softball for Corpus Christi Heat City League and Ray High School, where she was recognized for her teamwork and sportsmanship. Her passion for athletics continued beyond the field as she enthusiastically participated in the drill team, showcasing her talent and dancing abilities. Stephanie furthered her education by attending Del Mar College for a year, where she continued to make lasting friendships and left an indelible mark on those she met. Stephanie's life was a testament to the love she had for her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Joe David Molina, who instilled in her the values of strength and kindness. Her legacy is carried on by her loving family: her daughters, Jaydah Cordova and Jolyssa Hernandez, who were the light of her life; her devoted mother, Katherine Garcia, and stepfather, Jasper Garcia, who provided unwavering support; her sister, Yvette Molina, with whom she shared an unbreakable bond; her grandmother, Bernarda Longoria, who offered wisdom and comfort; and a host of uncles, nephews, and nieces who will miss her deeply. Stephanie's enthusiasm for life extended to her love of all kinds of sports. She was often found cheering on her favorite teams, playing in community leagues, or imparting her knowledge and passion for the game to the younger generation. Her infectious laughter and ability to light up a room will be fondly remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Shine bright like a diamond my beautiful daughter. As we bid farewell to Stephanie Denise Molina, we celebrate a life lived with passion, a heart filled with love, and a spirit that will continue to inspire. Her memory will be cherished and kept alive in the stories shared, the games played, and the love she gave. Stephanie's presence will forever be missed, but her legacy will endure in the hearts of those she touched.

A Memorial Service honoring Stephanie’s life will be celebrated on Monday, January 20, 2025, at Treviño Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara St. @ Port Ave., from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM. The Holy Rosary and Liturgy of the Word will begin at 7:00 PM. Services will conclude that evening.

Father Richard Gutierrez will be officiating the memorial services in honor of Stephanie Denise Molina.
