Sylvia Hernandez

Sylvia Hernandez, age 30, passed away on August 15, 2013. She is preceded in death by her father, Manuel Hernandez Sr. Sylvia leaves behind her loving mother, Sofia Hernandez; her life partner, Geneva Arambula; her beloved doggie, Chloe Marie; sisters, Beatrice (Roberto Sr.) Hernandez, Laura Hernandez; brothers, Manuel (Maggie) Hernandez Jr. and Lauro "Larry" (Adriana) Hernandez; and numerous nephews and nieces. She will be dearly missed by all whom knew her. Chloe Marie The family will be receiving friends at Trevino Funeral Home 3006 Niagara at Port on Monday, August 19, 2013 from 3 pm to 9 pm; with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:30 pm. Mass will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church at 10 am on Tuesday, August 20, 2013. Cremation will follow.
