Teresa Garcia Rivera

Teresa Garcia Rivera, age 90, began her journey to heaven on July 30, 2012. She leaves behind her loving husband of 36 years, Raymond Rivera; daughters, Diana Peña Mendez; Dalia (Eddie) Ramirez; sons, David (Yolanda) Peña, Gilbert Jr. (Terry) Peña; 8 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. The family will be receiving friends on Sunday, August 5, 2012 at Treviño Funeral Home 3006 Niagara at Port from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm; with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 6:00 pm. Rites of Christian burial will be celebrated at Holy Family Catholic Church at 10:00 am on Monday, August 6, 2012; entombment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
