Corpus Christi, Texas — Terry James Stark, born October 24, 1985, in Belleville, Illinois, passed away peacefully at his residence in Corpus Christi, Texas, on Friday, May 15, 2026.

Terry worked as a Sales Manager for Copper Tip Energy Services in Robstown, Texas. He was a devoted father, loyal friend, and loving family member whose presence brought laughter and warmth to everyone around him.

Terry enjoyed spending time with his children watching movies, going to the beach, golfing, and attending church. In his younger years, he loved competition and spent countless hours playing sports with his brothers, cousins, and friends. He shared a particularly close bond with his cousins, who were not only family but also some of his closest lifelong friends.

Terry will be remembered for his charismatic sense of humor, his ability to make people laugh, and the way he could brighten any room with his personality. He loved his children deeply and took great pride in caring for and providing for them. Terry had a generous heart and was always willing to help anyone in need, never hesitating to lend a hand to family, friends, or even strangers. Above all else, he cherished his family and treasured every moment spent with those he loved most.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jan Raterman, who passed away on August 11, 2006; his uncle, Jerry Stark, who passed away on October 10, 2013; and his grandmother, Joan Raterman, who passed away on December 21, 2021.

Terry is survived by his three children, Xander, 17, Vincent, 15, and Savannah, 13; his brothers, Jeff Stark, Jordan Stark, and Shawn Magac; his sisters, Katlyn Morris and Emily Magac; and his mother, Michelle Magac. He is also survived by Jennifer Stark, mother of Savannah and Vincent, and Ashleigh Garcia, mother of Xander, both of whom remained devoted mothers to their children and cherished friends of Terry’s. In addition, he leaves behind many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends who will deeply miss him.

Terry’s family will receive condolences on Sunday, May 24, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, at Treviño Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara St @ Port Ave, with a Prayer Service to begin at 4:00 PM. Services will conclude that evening.
