Victor Gutierrez, Jr.

Victor Gutierrez, Jr., age 52, passed away on July 1, 2016. Victor was a loving husband, father, and brother. He loved all sports especially the Dallas Cowboys and The San Antonio Spurs; however his passion was spending time with his family. He will be dearly missed by all whom loved him. He is preceded in death by his brother, Javier Gutierrez; paternal grandparents, Alberto & Aurora Gutierrez; maternal grandparents, Francisco & Francisca Alvarado. Victor leaves behind his loving wife of 24 years Elva Gutierrez; children, Kimberly and Emily Gutierrez; parents, Victor (Maria Guadalupe) Gutierrez, Sr., sisters, Thelma (Jesse) Lopez, Belinda Gutierrez (Shannon Sabatelli); nieces, Monica (John) Mendez, Ashley (Jan) Krsak, Alisa, Bianca; nephew, Javier Juan "JJ" Mendez; and beloved pets, Archie, Beau, Samara, Beany, and Ms. Kitty. The family will be receiving friends at Treviño Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara at Port on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 from 4 pm to 9 pm; with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7 pm that same evening. A funeral chapel service will be held on Thursday, July 7, 2016, at Treviño Funeral Home at 10 am; cremation will follow.
