Yancy Martinez

Yancy Martinez, 49, passed away on September 20, 2021. Yancy was born September 24, 1971 in Corpus Christie to his parents, Fernando Martinez and Ana Maria Martinez.

Yancy was a lover of hard rock music and was so easy going he was liked by everyone.

He loved his family. He is survived by his wife, Jessica Martinez; his children, Kayla Maybrey, Jeremiah Martinez, Jennifer Brillhart and husband Connor, Jenna Black and husband Cort, and Julianna Upp; his siblings, Xavier Martinez, San Juana Villarreal, Laura and Eusebio Garcia, and Jesus and Vanessa Moreno; his grandchildren, Bryar, Cameron, Addison; grandpuppy, Teddy; as well as his step- mom, Sam Martinez; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Lucretia Martinez; and his nephew, Sebastin Martinez.

The family will receive condolences on Saturday, Sept 25, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Trevino Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara @ Port, with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 6:00 PM that evening. Services will conclude that evening in the chapel.
