The Angels came on November 16, 2020 to escort Carl Edward Wentrcek, age 77, to the Gates of Heaven to be with his Lord and Savior. He will be remembered for always having a smile on his face and looking for ways to make people laugh. He never met a stranger and is loved by everyone who met him.
He was preceded in death by his father, Louis Richard Wentrcek; mother, Frieda Beran; son, Kenneth Wentrcek; brothers, Louis and Johnny Wentrcek; and mother of his children, Nora Morris.
Carl is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Judy Carol; children, Debra Adkins (Greg), Carl “Skeeter” Elmer Wentrcek (Donna), and Briana Lindell (Mike); grandchildren, Brian (Tammy), Rachelle (Jason), and Chad Julian; and great-grandchildren, Danny, Braven, KayLee, and Brilee.
We respect our family and friends too much to take a chance on anyone getting COVID-19 from being in a crowd; therefore, there will be a private service for his children and grandchildren only and cremation will follow. We want to thank the Angels who work for Del Cielo “The Heavens” Hospice. They were sent to us by God to our family in our time of need and we will never forget them.
Face masks must be worn, and social distancing must be practiced while attending funeral services due to the current pandemic.
