Elma Y Nichols

Elma Yrlas Nichols of Corpus Christi, Texas passed away on August 5, 2022, at the age of 84. Elma Yrlas Nichols will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James R. Nichols; her parents, Julio Yrlas and Christina Gutierrez; and her son, James R. Nichols II.

Left behind to cherish her memories are her children, John David Nichols (Susanne Tabrum), Cynthia Chapa, and Patricia Seaman; and three grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The family will receive condolences on Thursday, August 11, 2022, at Trevino Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara @Port, from 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM; with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, August 12, 2022, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church at 10:30 AM. Services will conclude at the church.

Face masks must be worn, and social distancing must be practiced while attending services at this facility and at the church.
