Emiliano Chavira

Emiliano Chavira passed away on March 25, 2022, at the age of 62. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Juanita Chavira; son, Juan Alberto Chavira; and father, Rafael Chavira.

Emiliano is survived by his mother, Juana Chavira; daughters, Norma Amaya (Ramon), Evelia Chavira, Noemi Azua (Manuel), and Erica Chavira (Juan Lopez); sons, Emilio and Arturo Chavira (Judy Ortiz); grandchildren, Luis Amaya Ramon, Max Emiliano Torres, Gabriela Chavira, Daniela J. Amaya, Arturo Chavira Jr, Joaquin A. Amaya, Emiliano Chavira, Rubi Amaya, Yris A. Azua, and Izaiah Damian Chavira; siblings, Maria Eva Chavez (Alfredo), Evelia Reyes (Joel), Santiago Chavira, Sergio Chavira (Leticia), and Armando Chavira; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

The family will receive condolences on Friday, April 1, 2022, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Trevino Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara St. @ Port; with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM.  A chapel service will be held at 11:30 AM on Saturday, April 2, 2022, at Trevino Funeral Home. A funeral cortege will depart the funeral home at 12:30 PM for Rite of Interment and Committal at Rose Hill Memorial Park. 

Face masks must be worn, and social distancing must be practiced while attending funeral services due to the current pandemic.
