Jason Gran

Jason Gran, passed away on May 18, 2023, in Corpus Christi. He was 67 years old. Born on October 16, 1955, in Indiana to Gene and Shirley Gran, Jason grew up surrounded by love and laughter. His warm heart and easygoing nature endeared him to all who knew him.

Jason is preceded in death by his loving wife, Suzie Gran; parents, Gene and Shirley Gran; and his mother-in-law who held a special place in his heart, Eduvina Zavala.

He is survived by his two sons, Thomas Gran and Adam Gran; his daughter, Laura Sanchez; and his adoring grandchildren. They will forever hold onto the memories that they shared with their father and grandfather, knowing that his spirit will live on through them. Jason is also survived by his siblings, who will remember his unwavering love and support.

In his free time, Jason enjoyed the simple pleasures in life, such as drinking beer and watching television. He was always up for a good time and valued the importance of relaxation and laughter in life.

Jason Gran's life was an embodiment of the values he held dear – friendship, family, and kindness. His easygoing nature and warm spirit will be missed by all who knew him, but his memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him. As friends and family gather to celebrate his life, they will remember the laughter, love, and joy shared with this incredible man.

A Memorial Service honoring Jason’s life will be held on Saturday, June 10, 2023, from at 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM at Treviño Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara @ Port Ave. A Memorial Prayer Service will begin at 11:30 that morning and services will conclude in the chapel.
