Jose Manuel Ojeda, Jr. passed away on September 3, 2020 at the age of 28. He was a loving son, grandson, brother, uncle, and friend. Jose was a jokester, hard worker, and outgoing. He had a big heart and loved helping others. Jose also loved singing, dancing, Tejano, and Hip-Hop music. He liked spending time by the water fishing. He will be missed by all whom knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his grandma, Diana Cumpian; great-grandma, Rebecca Ochoa; uncles, Sonny Ray Ojeda and Eugene Pardo; and aunt, Carla Gutierrez.
Jose is survived by his parents, Rebecca Pizano and Jose Manuel Ojeda, Sr.; brothers, Justin Moya, Joel Garcia, and Jose Garcia Jr.; sisters, Desiree Pizano, Desiree Moya, Emily Moya, Clarissa Moya, and Josephina Garcia; grandma, Diana Pizano; nieces and nephews, Rebecca Moya, Justine Moya, Jupiter Moya, Jailena Moya, Andrew Sanchez, Jr., Rico Pizano, Brittany Trevino, Alyssa Trevino, Alexis Tober, Joe Tober, Jr., Frank Pizano, Axel Pizano, and Ivy Pizano; aunt, Erma (Joe) Tober; uncle, Frank Pizano; and several other aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family.
The family will receive condolences on Thursday, September 17, 2020, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Treviño Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara St; with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm. A chapel service will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, September 18, 2020, at Treviño Funeral Home. Services will conclude in the chapel.
Face masks must be worn and social distancing must be practiced while attending funeral services due to the current pandemic.
