Mike Casares Jr.

Mike Casares Jr. passed away on April 5, 2022, in Corpus Christi, Texas at the age of 74. He was born on March 31, 1948, to Mike Casares and Ofelia Garcia Casares in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Mike spent many years of his life as a baker at the Six Points Bakery in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Mike is preceded in passing by his parents, Mike and Ofelia Casares. Left to cherish his memories are his siblings, Mary (Guadalupe) Vela, Gracie Gay, Rosie Snider, Sonia (Rudy) Flores, Adan (Virginia) Casares, Socarno Flores, John (Carmen) Flores, Benito Casares, and Mario (Gracie) Casares; his daughter, Olivia Casares; and he also leaves behind grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.

The family will receive condolences on Friday, April 8, 2022, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Trevino Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara @ Port Ave. A Prayer Service will be held at 4:30 PM and services will then conclude.

Face masks must be worn, and social distancing must be practiced while attending funeral services due to the current pandemic.
