Pablo Conde Jr. passed away on June 28, 2022, at the age of 75. He will be missed by his family and his friends.
Pablo was a proud Vietnam Veteran and was part of the 1st Cavalry Division Airmobile Company C 2/12 from 1967-1968. The Bronze Star with “V” device for Valor, the Air Medal, and the Combat Infantry Badge are some of his medals that he was most proud of. He worked as a ranch foreman for several years in South Texas and Arizona and was also a horse trainer and a cowboy. He was a member of Los Vaqueros of South Texas and the Last Patrol.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Pablo and Ramona S. Conde, Sr.; brothers, Daniel and Jesusito Conde; and sisters, Enriqueta Martinez, Elida Hernandez, and Emilia Ramirez.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 53 years, Rosalinda Conde; sons, Vidal (Mirielle Morales), Ventura (Brandy Parker), and Virgil (Renee) Conde; granddaughters whom he loved very much, Roslyn Rose and Kaelyn Ann Conde; grandson, Kaleb Roach; and siblings, Ernesto Conde, Estela Conde, Amalia Cavazos, and Luisa Rodriguez.
The family will receive condolences on Thursday, June 30, 2022, from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM, at Trevino Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara @Port; with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM that evening. A funeral cortege will depart the funeral home on Friday, July 1, 2022, at 9:30 AM for Rite of Committal and Interment with military honors at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery at 10:00 AM.
Pablo’s family would like to thank Del Cielo Home Health Agency and Hospice, VA Team Cristina Murillo and Lorena Escamilla, and Dr. Pallekonda and his VA team for all the care and support they provided.
