Reynaldo Lazarte Torres

Reynaldo Lazarte Torres, a beloved brother and uncle, passed away peacefully on August 11, 2023, in his hometown of Corpus Christi, TX. Born on July 9, 1941, to Margarita and Octaviano Torres, Reynaldo was a cherished member of a loving family.

Reynaldo is survived by his sisters, Petra Wilburn and Belia Rodriguez, and a host of adoring nieces and nephews.

Reynaldo was preceded in death by his parents, Margarita, and Octaviano Torres; his brothers, Octavio Torres, Victor Torres, and Robert Torres; and his sisters, Delia Alvarez, and Rosa Fernandez. His memory will be cherished by his surviving family and all who knew him.

Reynaldo's legacy will live on in the hearts of those he touched, and his spirit will continue to shine brightly in the lives of his loved ones. His passing is a great loss, but his memory will forever be a source of comfort and inspiration.

Reynaldo’s family will receive condolences on Thursday, September 7, 2023, at Trevino Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara St. @ Port Ave., from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM; with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, September 8, 2023, at Christ the King Catholic Church at 10:00 AM followed by procession for interment at Rose Hill Memorial Park at 11:30 AM.
